Crystal Paws offers a 30-day replacement warranty for quality defects under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date your item is delivered.

What is covered

Quality defects under normal use qualify for a replacement, subject to the exclusions below.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, fading or staining.
• Damage caused by chewing, pulling or misuse.
• Incorrect sizing or lost items.
• Items modified without our approval.
• Items purchased on sale, except where required by applicable law.

How to request a replacement

Email hello@crystalpawsco.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the affected area. We reply within 24 hours.

Replacement shipping

For approved warranty claims, Crystal Paws covers all shipping costs required for the replacement.

This warranty does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
