Except for replacements covered by our 30-Day Limited Warranty and your rights under applicable law, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom-made products.

Please measure your pet’s neck carefully and review the Size Guide, product details, and selected size before placing your order. Purchase only when you are confident the item is suitable for your pet.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email hello@crystalpawsco.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
